If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Four Peas purchase, please email the store at store@FourPeasOnline.com for simple instructions as to how to return the item(s).
We will ALWAYS accept returns if we have made an error or if for some reason you have received a product that is damaged. Once we have received notice from you, we will instruct you as to how to return the item and we will immediately refund your money or ship out the correct item.
If you have purchased a bag and have decided that it is not for you, as long as it was not personalized, we will accept the item back for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) within 30 days.
Personalized items may not be returned.
