If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Four Peas purchase, please email Sara, the office manager, at sara@FourPeasOnline.com for simple instructions as to how to return the item(s).
We will ALWAYS accept returns if we have made an error or if for some reason you have received a product that is damaged. Once we have received notice from you, we will instruct you as to how to return the item and we will refund your money
(once we have received the item back) and/or ship out the correct item.
If you have purchased a bag and have decided that it is not for you, as long as it was not personalized, we will accept the item back for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) within 30 days.
Personalized items may not be returned under any circumstances. Please email or call with any questions or concerns you may have PRIOR to placing your order.

We always do our very best to ship items out as quickly as possible. When an order is received, we typically ship out the order within 1 – 2 business days (add 5 business days for personalized items). There are times

CLEANING YOUR FOUR PEAS BAG |
Bags:
To clean your Four Peas Bag, we recommend spot cleaning as needed with either baby wipes or a wet towel. For a large spill or mess, you can submerge the bag under water in your sink (or wet as needed) and scrub with a scrub brush and soap. While our bags are very durable, we do not recommend putting our bags in the washing machine.
Lunch Bags:
To clean your Four Peas Lunch Bag, we recommend scrubbing with a scrub brush in your sink as needed.
